Effective: January 1, 2026
Charter Services
All charter services are provided subject to applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations. ParkAir Charter, LLC operates as a private aviation operator. All flights are subject to weather, mechanical, and regulatory conditions. ParkAir reserves the right to substitute aircraft of equivalent or superior capability when operationally required.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms and cancellation policies are detailed in your individual charter agreement. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled departure unless ParkAir cancels the flight. All rates are quoted in USD.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
